The Government of Kerala has taken pioneering effort to bring about a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation amongst its youth. For the first time in the nation, the State had announced the landmark “Student Entrepreneurship Policy” and kept aside 1% of the budget to promote young entrepreneurs. To promote Entrepreneurship and to create an enabling policy framework for the same, the state now plans to bring all these programs under one umbrella and will with a “startup and innovation policy”. In the view of above Kerala startup Mission formerly (Technopark Technology Business Incubation) has been elevated as the nodal agency for implementing the entrepreneurship and innovation related projects of the state government, one such programme is the Startup Boot Camp..The Government of Kerala has created the “Startup Boot camp” Program wherein it is envisaged to create a startup ecosystem in each and every college campus through active involvement of students. Boot camp is a student-focused program that will be completely run by students.

As part of promoting the entrepreneurship culture among students, the St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai (SJCET PALAI), in association with the Kerala Startup Mission, has decided to set up an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Center(SJCET Startup BootCamp) at the college. It was inaugurated on the 9th of march, 2015.

To develop an ecosystem with required infrastructure that can enable students and faculty to innovate and prototype their potential ideas with industrial standards and support from Government, industry and reputed academic institutions around the world and help them to realize their potentials.
To be a self-sustained Incubation Center catering to the needs of young student entrepreneurs with innovative ideas of social relevance and there by introducing a culture of entrepreneurship inside campus which will strengthen our education system and there by promoting the national economical and social growth.




Infusory Designs

Infusory Designs, is a startup incubated in SJCET Startup Bootcamp. The startup aims at conducting high-tech workshops on the latest technological advancements like Virtual Reality, 3D Printing, Electronic Device Making and much more.The Team also took its step on Agro Machinery and Industrial Robotics.


Company acts as a bridge from employees to the society, helping to solve everyday challenges that common people face. So it’s important that they feel encouraged to contribute their unique insight and skills to help solve some of the most complex technology challenges. We make our products eco-friendly and customer oriented. Everything that we create or invent is based on major social issues making us a problem solving based company.

This is for those who love new technologies and devices.We are  specialist in hardware development,Ethical hacking & Penetration testing,IoT,drone & Project development.


Performance Grant

Received an amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs as a performance grant from Kerala Startup Mission. This grant is allocated to top performing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centers across Kerala. The evaluation is based on the activities , achievements and  fund utilization.

Smart India Hackathon 2018

MHRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Inter Institutional Inclusive Innovation Center (i4C), and Persistent Systems is organizing Smart India Hackathon 2018, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country.

Startup Weekend Kochi

Startup Weekend is a 54-hour weekend event, during which groups of developers, business managers, startup enthusiasts, students, graphic artists and more pitch ideas for new startup companies, form teams around those ideas, and work to develop a working prototype, demo, or presentation at the end.
Students from St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology participated in this event.

DSC Summit 2018

As a Developer Student Club Lead of St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai, Reon Saji got the opportunity to attend World’s first DSC Summit in Goa. The summit focused on skills/knowledge helpful for the student Leads to impact their campus/community.
